Assistant Vice President - DB9413360
DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to drive automation in all day-to-day production support activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining Java-based trade finance applications using Spring framework, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud; building key finance application functionalities including trade and transaction processing features;
verifying process status and performing system health checks by executing scripts; working in an Agile environment including participating in sprints, daily stand ups, and reviews to deliver features and system enhancements; developing applications and enhancements using Amazon Web Services cloud; monitoring Service Now applications and interacting with stakeholders to deliver updates and solutions; identifying and automating repeated critical activities by writing scripts and scheduling releases in Autosys while engaging in site reliability engineering (SRE) related automations;
deploying enhancements and bug fixes for Java applications using Git Hub, Udeploy, and server grid tools; using Oracle to write procedures, functions, and packages for PL and SQL codes for database and application enhancements; developing backend logic using Java/J2EE technologies including PL/SQL for database connection; using Git Hub, Bitbucket, and SVN for version control and JIRA for project tracking; and collaborating with Dev Ops teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the build, testing, and deployment process for trade finance and lending applications.
Employer will accept three (3) years of academic study towards a Bachelor's degree in one of the above-listed fields and two (2) years of related professional experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement.
Salary range: $ - $/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank s Employee Referral Incentive Program.
Responsibilities- Drive automation in day-to-day production support activities.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field or equivalent; five (5) years of experience in Java-based trade finance applications with Spring, AWS, Dev Ops, and related technologies as described.
