DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate in Cary, NC to design, develop, enhance, and maintain a large mission-critical IT system.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain a large mission-critical IT system.
- Design and develop scalable backend systems and microservices using Java and Spring Framework, applying Object-Oriented Programming principles including inheritance, encapsulation, and functional constructs including Streams and Lambda expressions.
- Implement backend services using C# and .NET for data ingestion, transformation, and archival workflows.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including utilization of Cloud Storage, Big Query, GKE, and related services for large-scale data archival and retrieval.
- Automate data ingestion and archival using AVRO, and transform datasets for analytical consumption in platforms including Big Query.
- Migrate large datasets from Azure to GCP utilizing tools including rclone, including optimization techniques such as parallel chunking, stream processing, and multithreading to improve performance.
- Create and configure Git Hub workflows for automated deployment, testing, and CI/CD pipelines across multi-environment systems.
- Develop and maintain Kafka-based data pipelines for real-time streaming and reliable message delivery between client systems and internal data services.
- Deploy services to on-premises infrastructure using Open Shift and Fabric, and customize Kubernetes YAML configurations for compliance-driven deployments.
- Write and debug scripts and automation tools using languages including Python, Shell, or equivalent to support platform reliability and observability.
- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Intelli
J, PyCharm, Anaconda, Postman, Eclipse, and Android Studio for software development and testing. - Manage databases including Mongo
DB, MySQL, SQLite, Oracle, and Druid for scalable storage and efficient querying across structured and unstructured data.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience designing and developing scalable backend systems and microservices using Java and Spring Framework, applying Object-Oriented Programming principles including inheritance, encapsulation, and functional constructs including Streams and Lambda expressions.
- Experience implementing backend services using C# and .NET for data ingestion, transformation, and archival workflows.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including utilization of Cloud Storage, Big Query, GKE, and related services for large-scale data archival and retrieval.
- Experience automating data ingestion and archival using AVRO and transforming datasets for analytical consumption in platforms including Big Query.

Salary: $116,725 - $140,000/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
