Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, design, develop, implement, and maintain the application using distributed technologies including leading a team of engineers working in the onshore-offshore model.
  • Create, write/update the technical and system documentation explaining in detail the changes that are done and their impact.
  • Oversee IT aspects of software development life cycle using agile and Dev Sec Ops  methodology across a set of group benefit applications.
  • Develop secured, scalable, distributed enterprise level applications from customer perspective that are simple to use and maintain.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with dev teams, business systems analysts, product & business teams, partners and project leads across various phases of a project and product delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of overall experience.
  • Hands‑on development experience with JAVA, Typescript / JavaScript, and the following frameworks/technologies:
    Spring, Spring Boot, React

    JS, NodeJS, and/or AWS.
  • Hands‑on development of microservices and applications from the ground up, experience with messaging/integration technologies (e.g., Kafka, MQ, or similar).
  • Proficiency with various database technologies and solutions, including both SQL (Oracle or MS SQL Server preferred) and/or No

    SQL (Cosmos

    DB preferred).
  • Container‑based development leveraging Docker and/or Kubernetes and experience with Dev Sec Ops  practices and tooling for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure Dev Ops.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 7+ years of hands‑on distributed application development experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Services:
    Functions, AKS, ASE, Cosmos

    DB.
  • Experience with MACH architecture (Microservices, API, Cloud, Headless) and cloud‑first infrastructure.
  • Experience with Veracode and security best practices.
  • Web Sphere Application Server experience is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Helm Charts, Ansible, and Terraform is a big plus.

Location: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Salary: The expected salary range for this position is  105,000 -  150,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
