Salesforce Government cloud; FEDRAMP Developer

Relocation is workable, and relocation charges will be reimbursed by the client.

We have two openings: a Senior Developer and a Mid-Level Developer to support the launch of Salesforce Government Cloud for the aerospace business.

• Implement Salesforce Government Cloud, migrate configurations from the commercial org.
• Currently in UAT with GoLive next week; future roadmap includes Sales Cloud onboarding in November.
• Gov Cloud operates on a different release cycle than commercial Salesforce; existing resources need to support both environments.

• Own and manage the Salesforce Government Cloud environment, following existing enhancement and release processes.
• Partner with the team that handles administration and release scheduling, ensuring Gov Cloud stays in sync with commercial where possible.
• Handle ad‑hoc development specific to aerospace business needs.
• Senior Developer: initially ~70% hands‑on development / 30% architecture, shifting to ~70% architecture / 30% development over time.
• Both developers will work primarily in an isolated Gov Cloud environment, with occasional access to the main commercial org.

• Senior Developer: 11+ years as a Salesforce Developer, with the aptitude to evolve into an Architect; strong Government Cloud experience required, prior experience with Sales, Service, and/or Manufacturing beneficial.
• Mid-Level Developer: 7+ years of Salesforce development experience; preferred government cloud experience, commercial experience in Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud acceptable.
• Looking for hands‑on developers, not administrators or architects.
