• Develop and enhance File Net P8 (version 5.x) platform for a global environment.
• Customize and integrate File Net P8 platform using the ECM/BPM API and package structure.
• Design and develop custom web‑based applications using the File Net base web toolkit.
• Design, troubleshoot and resolve File Net related issues in clustered environments.
• Install and configure File Net packages and components in Linux and Windows environments.
• Elaborate and produce design documentation, training materials, and white papers.
• Lead requirements review meetings and facilitate business process decisions with production and technical teams.
• Participate in testing efforts (unit, system, performance) and coordinate with development teams during SDLC stages.
• Provide Level‑3 support, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and problem resolution, for both onshore and offshore resources.
• Identify and assess risks, determine impact to platform, and develop mitigation plans.

• 5+ years of extensive experience with Java and the Java EE foundation stack (Servlet, JSP, JMS, EL, JCA, CDI, JTA, JPA, JAX‑WS, JAX‑RS, JMX, JAXR, JASPIC, JSTL, JDBC, Java Mail).
• Hands‑on experience with application middleware and integration with host/legacy applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern Enterprise Java Application Servers, preferably Web Sphere Application Server ND, Rules Engine, and Web Portal.
• Experience practicing Test‑Driven Development, Aspect‑Oriented Programming, Dependency Injection, and Agile Software Development.
• Solid experience with PL/SQL and understanding of RDBMS table structures (Oracle preferred).
• Keen understanding of object‑oriented design principles, GoF design patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and SOA patterns.
• Experience with File Net related tools such as FEM, WF Designer, and PCC.
• Familiarity with File Net P8 version 5.x platform development, enhancement, customization, and integration in a global environment is preferable.
• Experience designing workflow and process roadmaps.
• Experience installing and configuring File Net packages in Linux and Windows environments.
• Prior experience with principles of object‑oriented design and pattern catalog consulting for standard solutions.
• Preferred:
  File Net certifications.
• Ability to produce high‑quality functional specifications.
