The Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for developing full stack applications across the globe. Guided by our purpose – always with you building a more confident future – and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns and all-weather performance

We are looking for a hands‑on UI Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React and Java/Spring Boot to build scalable, high-performance, cloud‑native applications.

In this role, you will develop modern, responsive user interfaces and integrate them with secure REST APIs and microservices. You will contribute across the stack while ensuring high standards in code quality, performance, and security.

• Design and develop full-stack applications using React (UI) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Partner with Product, UX, QA, and Dev Ops teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in Agile development (estimation, sprint delivery, code reviews).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across UI and backend.
• Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.

• 6-7 years of full stack software development experience.
• Frontend:
  React, JavaScript/Type Script.
• Backend:
  Java, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Experience building UI-driven full stack applications and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Knowledge of relational databases.

• Experience with React state management and performance optimization.
• Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services (AKS, Functions, etc.)
• Understanding of secure coding and code analysis tools.
• Node.js experience.
• Hands‑on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (preferred).

Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
