Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Skill Area Expected Capability

• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate, API security basics

• Git, CI/CD, unit testing, code review, clean coding standards, performance troubleshooting

• Working knowledge of Azure/AWS, containers, build pipelines, monitoring, and deployment practices

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture.

Own technical solutioning, architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Guide and mentor developers, unblock technical issues, improve code quality, and ensure timely delivery aligned to business and product priorities.

Collaborate with business, product, QA, Dev Ops, and architecture teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.

Support CI/CD, release readiness, production stability, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction activities.

Salary Range: 100,000 - $110,000 a year
