We are seeking a driven Junior Software Development Engineer to join our operations team in Cary, NC. You will build and maintain internal tools, automations, and integrations that directly support our sales, trade, and administrative functions. The role is hands-on, varied,and ideal for someone who wants broad technical exposure and rapid skill development.

You will work across AI agent frameworks, cloud infrastructure, CRM ecosystems, API integrations, and real-worldinternational business operations — gaining practical, end-to-end ownership ofsystems that keep the company running.

• Buildand maintain integrations between cloud services, CRM platforms, andthird-party APIs.
• Develop automation pipelines and AI-powered tools to support sales and tradeoperations.
• Manage internal communication and messaging integrations across platforms.

• Automaterepetitive workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
• Supportdomain management, DNS configurations, and website updates.
• Buildsmall internal tools using Python and basic front-end components.

• Owndeployments end-to-end — build, ship, monitor, and maintain reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and independently with minimal hand-holding.

• Solid Python skills — able to write clean scripts and small applicationsindependently.
• Confidentconsuming and debugging REST APIs
