We are looking for a Java Backend Architect with strong experience in backend application development, API design, and microservices architecture. The candidate will design scalable solutions, develop REST APIs, and provide technical leadership to the development team.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
- Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
- Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience in REST API development and API design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD.
- Excellent system design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading technical design and architecture decisions.
