Logistics Coordinator

Join our Operations Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator in Cary, NC! The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing global trade and distribution activities, including transportation, warehousing, and import/export compliance. This role ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient supply chain operations.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across truck, rail, ocean, and air.
• Prepare and manage documentation for global trade and distribution activities.
• Track shipments and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, DG, and maritime regulations.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in global operations, transportation, warehousing, and logistics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP proficiency (Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CSCP, IATA, DMDG, and DOT are highly desirable.
