Fulfillment Associate

Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $20.43 per hour and receive a weekly paycheck. Cary, NC

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Inspect incoming freight and packages for defects or damage, accurately record discrepancies, and notify supervisors in a timely manner.

+ Stage, palletize, tag, and organize raw materials and finished goods for storage or production use, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.

+ Prepare shipping documents, coordinate outbound freight, and utilize systems such as UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, and MIS for recordkeeping and tracking.

+ Conduct cycle counts, full physical inventories, and reconcile stock discrepancies while maintaining accurate inventory control records.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required.

+ Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and material handling.

+ Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently; able to stand for long periods during shift.

+ Proficiency in using Excel, Word, email, and management information systems (MIS).

+ Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
