Join Millennium Print Group as a Forklift Driver- II! We’re looking for a safety-focused and dependable Forklift Driver to join our team in Cary, NC. In this role, you’ll support manufacturing and warehouse operations by safely moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring production teams have the materials they need to succeed.

Location: Cary, NC

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

• Operate forklifts and other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, racks, and storage locations.
• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Stage materials and prepare jobs to support production schedules.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Secure shipments using appropriate strapping, bracing, and padding methods.
• Maintain organized inventory and material storage areas.
• Support warehouse and production operations through accurate material movement.
• Follow all safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
