The role Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
  • Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness standards.
Inventory Management
  • Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and process controls.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams on inventory planning and stock movement.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, and inventory handling procedures are followed.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and coordinators.
  • Schedule labor effectively to meet business demands.
  • Provide training, feedback, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and address potential hazards proactively.
  • Promote best practices for equipment use and material handling.
  • Track and report warehouse KPIs including productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with the Business Operations Manager on operational initiatives and scaling efforts.
  • Support implementation of systems and tools that improve warehouse performance.

Within the first 90 days, this person will:

  • Orders ship accurately and on time.
  • Inventory accuracy remains above target.
  • Warehouse processes scale smoothly with company growth.
  • The team operates safely, efficiently, and with strong morale.
  • KPIs and operational performance improve continuously.
Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or operations experience.
  • 2+ years leading or supervising a team.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, or apparel fulfillment.
  • Experience with Shopify, Ship Hero, Net Suite, Cin7, or similar WMS systems.
  • Experience managing warehouse KPIs and process improvements.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
