We are seeking experienced  
** Stand-Up Forklift Operators
** to join a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation in Cary, NC. This role is ideal for safety-focused operators who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with modern material handling equipment, including Yale stand-up reach forklifts and platform lifts. The Stand-Up Forklift Operator plays a critical role in supporting inventory accuracy, product flow, and overall warehouse efficiency within a high-volume operation.

** 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (Days: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM / Nights: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts, primarily Yale equipment

+ Move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations

+ Load and unload trailers using powered industrial equipment

+ Operate platform lifts and assist with elevated material handling tasks

+ Pick, pull, and replenish inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

+ Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks

+ Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptly

+ Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation

+ Follow all warehouse safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operating protocols

+ Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Position Requirements :

+ Prior experience operating stand-up reach forklifts required

+ Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments

+

Experience with Yale, Crown, Raymond, or similar forklift equipment preferred

+ Ability to safely navigate tight warehouse aisles and elevated storage locations

+ Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse inventory systems preferred

+ Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational accuracy

+ Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends

+ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.  This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
