Position: Facility Manager
Location: Casa Grande, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: DOE
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and oversight of facility engineering (maintenance, I&E, utilities, equipment) and EHS teams.
- Drive facility performance in alignment with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of facility systems, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Champion a strong safety-first culture, leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Partner with corporate engineering and technical teams on facility upgrades, expansions, and capital improvement projects.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to support production, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports, setting clear expectations and fostering engagement.
- Implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost control.
- Support and maintain ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Oversee contractor management, maintenance planning, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and customer or regulatory reviews.
- 12-15+ years of experience in chemical, process, or high-purity manufacturing environments.
- 5-8+ years of experience in facility management, engineering leadership, or site operations leadership.
- Strong background in EHS compliance, Process Safety Management (PSM), and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading facility engineering and EHS teams.
- Experience driving operational reliability, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems and audit readiness.
- ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
