Manufacturing Engineer II – Casa Grande, Arizona
Kohler Co. welcomes candidates to join its Manufacturing Engineering team at the Casa Grande facility. The Engineer will be responsible for the controls and electrical aspects of equipment installation, commissioning, and validation. Duties include troubleshooting, continuous improvement, cost‑saving, and error‑proofing solutions integrated into production lines. The role also serves as the AGV project site lead, handling project scoping, vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, design review, installation integration, function development, debugging, FAT/SAT, training, and documentation.
Compensation$102,627 – $133,600 per year.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or a related field and at least one year of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related occupation.
- Or, Bachelor’s degree in the same fields and at least three years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related occupation.
