Kohler Co. is seeking a Category Leader, MRO, onsite in Casa Grande, AZ to lead strategic sourcing for 3–4 MRO subcategories within an 8–10 subcategory structure.
You will own supplier strategy, contract development, and total cost of ownership across a $130M–$180M portfolio, with opportunities to influence $70M–$80M in sourcing activity across plants. You will lead high-impact sourcing events, partner with plant leaders and finance, and drive sustainable savings and operational improvements
