Lactalis US Yogurt is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona. This is a full-time position on a 12-hour shift rotating schedule (06:00 AM – 06:30 PM or 06:00 PM – 06:30 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role supports multiple departments by supplying ingredients and packaging materials and moving finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers and, as needed, moving products by hand. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Move products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
• Support multiple departments with ingredients and packaging materials.
• Move finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift; load and unload trailers.
• May be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication; operate in a high-stress environment when needed.
• Stand for the duration of the shift; occasionally bend, stack, and move product by hand; lift up to 25 pounds (and occasionally more).

• Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience driving a standup forklift.
  • Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge:
  • Experience with RAF and SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills.
  • Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
