The role follows a 2shift (Mon, Thu, Fri Week 1; Thu-Sun Week
2) with overtime often required. The position involves operating a non-metallic press, shear, steec, and expander, ensuring blocks are produced to spec, and maintaining continuous aluminum loop supply.
