Job Description Maintenance Planner
- Nutrition Division
- Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 2:30pm

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. • Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Coordinate labor, materials, spare parts, and external resources to ensure work is ready to execute.
• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to align maintenance schedules with business needs.
• Monitor work order progress, maintenance backlog, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop job plans, labor estimates, and standardized maintenance procedures for recurring work.
• Track spare parts inventory and support purchasing activities to maintain equipment readiness.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and performance reports for plant leadership.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Must possess above average knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components used in the facility's building/facility equipment.
• Must possess good time management and organization skills.
• Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary.
