Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at the Casa Grande campus. This full-time night-shift role (6:00pm–6:30am) involves direct patient care, vital signs, and data documentation under RN supervision.
Weekend and holiday rotations are required with shift differentials. New hires may receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
