RN - ER

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of experience in the emergency room with recent clinical experience within the last 12 months. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in critical situations.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department.
• Conduct thorough assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in departmental activities, including quality improvement initiatives.

• Minimum of 24 months ER experience required (recent experience within the last 12 months).
• Active RN license in the state of Arizona with no hits on state license to practice.
• Current life support certifications: TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and BLS, all from approved vendors.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience highly preferred.
