Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Casa Grande, AZ | Acute Care

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Varied Weekends & Holidays

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Step-Down) setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment
• Adhere to dress code requirements: navy scrubs required

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Active driver's license required to verify residency
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments to expedite placement
• Experience in a high-volume or busy acute care environment

• Opportunity to work in a full-service, non-profit community hospital operating the busiest emergency department in Pinal County
