Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights (Contract / Travel)

Casa Grande, AZ

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite | Varied Weekends & Holidays | Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Float PCU setting, covering PCU Observation, Observation, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units as assigned
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in patient status in a progressive care environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to all facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Ability to float and work across PCU Observation, Observation, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months

• Opportunity to work in a full-service, non-profit community hospital operating the busiest emergency department in Pinal County, serving a high-acuity patient population
