Construction Quality Engineer

A leading defense-focused technology company is hiring a Construction Quality Engineer to support projects across the United States. This temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure initiatives while working across various locations. • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management plans tailored to each construction project.
• Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, inspections, and testing.
• Conduct site evaluations, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Perform weekly inspections and testing of materials like concrete and soil for quality verification.
• Manage non-conformance and corrective action reports, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance or quality control within the construction sector.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, CAD models, and using measurement tools, with experience in analysis and reporting.
