Lead Field Quality Technician

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Field Quality Technician to provide technical leadership for vehicle investigations, advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, corrective action validation, and field quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines deep automotive and electric vehicle expertise with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. This role will guide the daily technical work of Field Quality Technicians, coordinate complex vehicle investigations, maintain high standards for safety and documentation, and serve as a key technical link between Field Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Service, Warranty, and Program teams.
Guide the technician team to execute safe, disciplined, and timely investigations. Rapidly diagnose and coordinate resolution of complex vehicle concerns. Provide complete and reliable technical evidence that supports engineering decisions. Improve the consistency and quality of investigation documentation and validation work. Help reduce repeat repairs, warranty exposure, vehicle downtime, and customer disruption. Build technician capability through coaching, standard work, and knowledge sharing.

Compensation & Benefits:
Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
