Target - Up to $37.40/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead a team of hourly team members; including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.;
Plan daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement; including merchandising sets and planograms.;
Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest service and coach team members to deliver the guest experience.;
Lead and demonstrate a culture of onboarding and learning; close skill gaps through development and coaching.;
Support backroom processes, replenishment, and visual presentations for defined categories.
