Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling, and saying hello; assists customers with merchandise and answers questions;
Maintains a clean, organized store; performs cleaning tasks and ensures merchandise presentation meets standards;
Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandises items according to monthly presentation guidelines;
Follows loss prevention policies and maintains awareness of store protection standards;
Handles cash, checks, and refunds per company procedures; maintains accuracy with bankable tenders
