Job Description:

Jones Auto Preowned on Pinal is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team at our Pinal Ave Pre-Owned Location in Casa Grande. We are seeking someone with a passion for cars and a drive to help customers find the perfect vehicle. This is an immediate opening, and we are eager to find the right person to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right preowned vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, guiding test drives, and walking clients through the purchasing process.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Use basic computer and smartphone apps for sales tracking, inventory management, and customer communications.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all customers have a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, inventory software, and smartphone apps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug/background check.
