As a Security Officer - Mid Shift Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control, visitor guidance, and incident reporting. You will communicate clearly with employees and partners, respond to concerns with a customer-first mindset, and work as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that puts people first and leads with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time, Swings.

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You ll Do
  • Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and help manage entry and exit of employees, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site post orders, including observing for proper authorization.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support and/or emergency services as needed per site procedures.
  • Complete detailed reports on shift activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
  • Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21+ years of age.
  • Guard Card/License - preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience - preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
