Requirements
- 35 years of experience as a concrete finisher in construction environments.
- Experience placing, finishing, and curing concrete for flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, pads, and structural applications.
- Proficient in screeding, floating, troweling, edging, and broom finishing.
- Ability to set forms, check grade, and ensure proper alignment before concrete placement.
- Knowledge of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and proper curing methods.
- Ability to read basic construction plans and follow layout measurements.
- Experience operating finishing tools and equipment including power trowels, vibrators, and screeds.
- Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Rate varies based on experience.
