Warehouse Forklift Operator (Casa Grande, Arizona)

The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies ingredients and packaging materials to all departments and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, handling products manually when necessary, and maintaining safety and compliance throughout the shift.

Full‑time 12‑hour shift (06:00 PM – 06:30 AM or 06:00 AM – 06:30 PM) on a 2–2–3 rotation with shift differentials: 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%). Pay is up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge, skill, and experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience (standup).
• Experience in dairy processing or food manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with RAF and SAP preferred.
• Computer fundamentals and strong math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and occasionally bend, lift, and move products by hand up to at least 25 pounds.
• Capability to manage a high‑stress environment.
