Salary Range: $26.00 to $28.00 hourly

- Provide support to our sister companies:
Black Hills Trucking LLC & True Pipe and Supply - Perform account reconciliations.
- Perform transactional accounting entries.
- Prepare routine reports e.g., sales tax.
- Verify that controls and processes have been followed.
- Ensure all entries are adequately supported, as per procedures.
- Work with operations, other shared services and stakeholders to problem solve.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to ensure all relevant data has been captured in appropriate time period.
- Participate in other projects as assigned.
- An associate’s degree in accounting and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in an accounting environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Basic accounting knowledge; debits and credits.
- Basic fixed assets understanding.
- Ability to read professional documents (invoices, various financial statements, emails).
- Ability to calculate financial amounts and indicators.
- Oil and gas experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications.
- Understanding of basic database programs.
- Ability to use 10-key by touch.
- Experience with Oracle is preferred.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre‑employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
