Full Time Regular Management – Casper, WY, US

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

• This position will primarily support the accounts receivable function for our sister company:
  True Pipe and Supply.
• Prepare monthly journal vouchers / financial statements
• Creation of expense and CAPEX pivot files
• Fixed asset tracking – acquisitions and disposals
• Prepare forecasts of revenue, expenses, and CAPEX
• Quarterly/ year‑end jurisdictional reporting (FERC, PSC, State)
• Review property tax appraisals
• Cost of service analyses
• Payroll costing
• Directly supervises work product of subordinates; one or more accounting clerks

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with two (2) years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Ability to calculate financial amounts and indicators
• Understanding basic accounting principles
• Attention to detail with the ability to verify accuracy in one’s own work
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, handle multiple activities successfully while adhering to deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, professional and courteous demeanor, dependable and punctual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel software applications and preferably Oracle.
• Ability to master various in‑house software applications is essential.

• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre‑employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
