Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a client in the landscaping industry seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Sales & Scheduling Administrator with strong multitasking and sales support abilities. This role supports daily office operations, customer communication, scheduling, and light sales functions in a fast‑paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
  • Maintain customer records, job files, and office documentation
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and basic administrative reports
  • Assist with payroll documentation, time tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Provide general office support to management as needed
Scheduling & Dispatch
  • Schedule and coordinate landscaping crews based on job requirements and availability
  • Adjust schedules due to weather conditions, customer needs, or operational changes
  • Communicate daily schedules clearly with field crews
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
Sales & Customer Support
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
  • Follow up on estimates and pending proposals
  • Assist with upselling additional services and seasonal work
  • Support customer retention through proactive communication
  • Track customer interactions and sales activity
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent phone, email, and customer service communication
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)
  • Sales‑friendly mindset and confidence speaking with customers
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or service‑based industries
  • Scheduling or dispatch experience
  • Customer service or inside sales background
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with job management or scheduling software
Compensation

$16-$18 per hour DOE, paid weekly (every Friday).
