Administrative Assistant – Retirement Plans Trust & Wealth Management

Job Summary:

Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services. Assists with daily administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans.

• Support the Retirement Plan Trust Officer with retirement plan administration and servicing.
• Assist with recordkeeping, including contributions, distributions, and other account transactions.
• Maintain accurate account files and documentation.
• Perform account reconciliation, monitoring, and identify discrepancies.
• Respond to routine inquiries from clients, plan sponsors, and participants.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other retirement plan documentation.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable retirement plan systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with numerals and financial data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
