Fremont Motors is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to support our technicians, customers, and service team. If you enjoy working with people, know your way around automotive parts (or are excited to learn), and thrive in a busy environment, this could be your perfect fit.

• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries
• Look up, order, and distribute automotive parts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare invoices and process transactions
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Previous automotive parts experience ideal, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with computers and parts lookup systems
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
