Fremont Motors is seeking a Service Support Specialist to join the Service Department in Casper, WY. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating technician dispatching, monitoring shop flow, and ensuring repair orders move smoothly from start to finish.
You will work with Service Advisors, Technicians, Managers, and Fixed Operations leadership to improve shop efficiency, order accuracy, customer service, and turnaround times. Previous dealership experience and familiarity with a DMS are preferred.
