Knife River Casper is accepting applications for an Aggregate Superintendent.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aggregate sales, washing, crushing, screening, aggregate transfer and/or gravel mine operations.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Apex or other Command Alkon POS systems is a plus).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Supervisory experience.
• Very reliable, able to work well under pressure, and able to organize and prioritize work.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to create a strong safety culture throughout the site.
