Knife River Casper is accepting applications for an Aggregate Superintendent.
Responsibilities- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aggregate sales, washing, crushing, screening, aggregate transfer and/or gravel mine operations.
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Apex or other Command Alkon POS systems is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Very reliable, able to work well under pressure, and able to organize and prioritize work.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to create a strong safety culture throughout the site.
