Senior Consultant US - R&D Advisory

In this role, you will join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting to help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. You will support clients in times of change, whether due to a shift in operating model, strategy, processes or technology.

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations and expectations
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
• Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, or through referrals
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
• Experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
• Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
• Strong presentation and business development skills

• Master’s degree in life sciences or business

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. Salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions or bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
