Account Manager - Personal Insurance

Our Account Managers play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. As the point‑of‑contact, you will assist the agency by managing a book of personal line accounts. This includes marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals, responding quickly to policy inquiries via email and phone, maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders, checking policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy, and maintaining accurate and organized account files.

• High school diploma or GED (college preferred).
• Confidence and demeanor to interact with all levels within the organization and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• No license required – we will pay for you to obtain a property & casualty license within your first 90 days.
