Asphalt Paving Division- Foreman

Position: ASPHALT PAVING DIVISION- FOREMAN
What You'll Do:

* Lead and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations

* Supervise crew members to ensure quality, productivity, and safety

* Communicate with superintendents, plant, and trucking to maintain efficient production

* Ensure proper paving techniques, grades, and mat quality are met

* Enforce safety procedures and jobsite best practices

* Train and mentor crew members

* Proven experience as a paving foreman in asphalt operations

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

* In-depth knowledge of paving equipment, techniques, and job sequencing

* Strong work ethic and ability to manage long hours and changing conditions
