Job Title

Superintendent Commercial Projects – Permanent

Salary: $90,000 - $160,000 per year

Location:

Employee owned, operations in MT, , WY, NV and AZ – works in 22 states. Full responsibility for Ground Up/Renovations Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical (Data Center).

Job Overview

Self‑perform – ground up and renovation projects in a variety of sectors including healthcare/medical facilities, aviation, hospitality and K‑12 education. Must be built-in or currently living in Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Oversee all on‑site construction activities from initial groundwork to final inspection, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and other project team members.

Implement and enforce OHSA 10‑HR safety protocols and promote a culture of safety.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, site logs and safety records.

Guide the self‑perform work teams and ensure quality of their work.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years commercial superintendent experience with self‑perform projects.
Broad experience in healthcare, aviation, hospitality and K‑12 education; detention‑center construction is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of concrete and other construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in managing field operations and self‑perform teams.
Solid understanding of OHSA 10‑HR safety guidelines.
Excellent problem‑solving, leadership and team management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is preferred.
