Youre visible, approachable, and respected because youre in the field where the work happens. Crews know youll help solve problems, not just point them out, but youre also comfortable stopping work when conditions become unsafe.
You hold a current CHST certification along with First Aid/CPR/AED credentials and have experience supporting high-hazard construction, demolition, industrial, heavy civil, power generation, refinery, or renewable energy projects. You understand that good safety leadership is built on relationships, consistency, and accountability.
