Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:Will be supporting the Cowboy Phase 1 (CB2) Solar and BESS Project based out of the Cheyenne WY area.
10+ years of pipeline and gas utility experience leading inspection teams, managing contractors, and enforcing code compliance across high-risk projects
Support the continued growth of power project portfolio.
Represent the Project Team at the site level during construction.
Provide feedback to contractors on best practices and standards
Provide dedicated construction leadership with forward-looking, strategic focus on construction activities, including inspection oversight and adherence to project execution and safety plans.
Ensure efficient and consistent construction management practices across solar projects during development and construction phases.
Ensure EPC are executing site work safely and with the highest quality to the work is completed to the Company Standards and within all regulatory and environmental requirements as it applies to construction
Identify and communicate risks to the project team. Work with the project team to understand, analyze and manage these risks
Qualifications:Solar, Civil, or heavy Electrical Experience
API 1169 (required for Pipeline Inspectors)
(Valid Driver's License to be kept on file with supplier;)
First Aid/CPR, Global Harmonized Systems, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (or OSHA Equivalent*) (training needs to be within last five years).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $75.00 to $81.82.
