Electrical Operations Manager | Casper, WY

Location: Casper, WY — must be local or open to relocation

** Office-based with some U.S. travel **

Looking for an electrical construction leader who can do more than run projects

This person will build and lead the electrical operations program from the ground up — from estimating, takeoffs, bids, and preconstruction through field execution, commissioning, and closeout

• Lead electrical construction operations across U.S. projects
• Build electrical processes, standards, and operating procedures
• Support takeoffs, estimating, bidding, proposals, and preconstruction
• Provide technical leadership to field teams and project leadership
• Interface directly with clients from executive meetings to field-level issues
• Support project execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, audits, and electrical incidents
• Develop subcontractor, supplier, and labor relationships
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and client requirements

• Strong electrical construction leadership experience
• EPC construction experience with an electrical focus
• Proven client-facing leadership
• Experience taking electrical scope from bid through completion
• Comfortable building a program rather than stepping into an already-established operation
