Fabrication Superintendent

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all fabrication operations.
Manage a team of skilled workers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and implement work schedules, resource plans, and safety protocols in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
Monitoring progress, identify risks, and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific regulations.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate maintenance repairs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, workforce productivity, and safety incidents to project manager.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to secure consumable, materials, and equipment as needed.
Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all personnel are trained and adhere to company and industry safety standards.
