We’re looking for a versatile, high-performing Financial Operations Assistant to join LTK’s Financial Operations team. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of financial operations topics, from transaction processing and reconciliations to process improvement, and cross‑functional initiatives.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of initiatives end‑to‑end. You’ll collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and control‑ready financial operations.
How you will make an impact
Financial Transactions & Reconciliations
- Focus on collections of invoices and help investigate cash applications when needed
- Support accurate accounting of creator payouts, vendor payments, and other high‑volume transactions
Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or system errors
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
Process Improvement & Projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP
What you will bring to LTK
- 1+ years of accounting, financial operations, or high‑volume transactional experience
- Broad understanding of financial processes, including cash application, transaction reconciliation and A/R
- Experience with ERPs or financial platforms including Net Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑service mindset
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and can adapt to new challenges
- Proactive, process‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
