Branch Services Representative @ Compass

Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customer’s needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions
• Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts
• Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs
• Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services
• Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank policies and procedures related to the position
• Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
• Other duties as assigned

• Prefer experience in one or more areas of branch services – teller, new accounts, client services
• Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling, and administering financial products and services
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
