First State Bank Wyoming is seeking a motivated mortgage originator to handle first and second mortgages, loan assumptions, and endorsements. You will solicit new mortgage business, build relationships with realtors and clients, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires 2-5 years of mortgage origination experience, an active NMLS , and knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines. Strong communication and analytic skills are essential.
